Xtreme Pre Casting Mix

A do it all concrete casting medium for countertops, fireplace surrounds, wall and floor tiles and concrete furniture pieces. This material is a pourable hybrid GFRC (glass fiber reinforced concrete) technology that eliminates the long learning curve of typical concrete countertop  formulas.

1 Kit = (1) 50lb  Bag + (1) gallon of XCTOP modifier


Coverage: 9.8 sq ft @ 1/2"
Demold: In as little as 5-6 hours
Compressive Strength: 10,567 PSI
Flexural Strength: 1,463 PSI

Additional Attributes:
Fiber reinforced mix design = NO steel or rebar
Bendable during initial setup
Add up to 10 lb's of aggregate to each kit

Xtreme Terrazzo Mix


Go Green with Xtreme Terrazzo.  It removes the aggregate from the Xtreme Pre Casting mix and allows you to load intense densities of aggregate for maximum exposure and design opportunities. Once poured you can begin tooling your terrazzo wall panel our countertop in as little as 6 hours!

1 Kit = (1) 50lb  Bag + (2) gallons of XCTOP modifier

Coverage: 9.8 sq ft @ 1/2"
Demold: In as little as 5-6 hours
Aggregate Load: Up to 80 lb's
Compressive Strength: 10,567 PSI
Flexural Strength: 1,463 PSI

Xtreme GFRC Face Mix


Xtreme Series GFRC Face Mix combines the most advanced chemical technology with modern fiber advancements creating a user friendly, dependable mix that delivers high early strength to your pre cast concrete projects in Colorado.

Xtreme GFRC face mix has NO polymers and NO Acrylics are in the mix design giving you a larger temperature swing for application and storage of your unused material in Denver, Colorado Springs or Fort Collins..

 Xtreme Series Backer Mix is a high fiber, dual component bag mix ideal for applications that require longer, thinner, more flexible and lighter pieces that cannot be accomplished through traditional poured application. Ideal for adding strength to concrete countertops, fireplace pieces, architectural panels, precast rocks and thousands of other custom precast items. Used in conjunction with either Xtreme GFRC Face Mix or Xtreme Pre Casting Mix.
