SureSeal - Acrylic Sealers

HS 360 - a 30% solids premium clear acrylic waterproofing concrete overlay sealer.

Its high performance characteristics include improved concrete adhesion, UV protection, waterproofing, and durability. HS 360 has been designed for extreme climates that require a high performance VOC approved concrete sealer. This sealer is a great choice for Charlotte.

HS 260 - a 20% solids premium clear acrylic waterproofing concrete sealer.

Its high performance characteristics include improved adhesion, UV protection, waterproofing, and durability. HS 260 is the perfect sealer for fresh poured concrete, concrete parking garages, sidewalks, driveways and flat surfaces.

Super WB - a 30% solids, water based, low VOC, strong binding, “wet look”, clear acrylic concrete sealer for vertical or horizontal cementitious surfaces. This product contains a hybrid, self-cross-linking, acrylic resin with built-in water repellence and tenacious penetration and adhesion for concrete surfaces.

Super WB is non-flammable and environmentally safe or "GREEN" concrete sealer (<100 g/L VOC).

Concrete Lithium Densifier

LD 1800 - A lithium densifier, which provides a clean, safe, economical “stand-alone” finished concrete floor. This penetrating treatment reacts chemically with the free lime in concrete to produce calcium silicate hydrate within the concrete pores, making the concrete stronger and more durable.

Dura-Kote Polyurethane - 51% solids (by volume), glossy, acrylic aliphatic polyurethane for vertical or horizontal concrete surfaces. This product is a two component catalyzed system and is. A great choice for interior concrete overlays. Due to the higher solids than a traditional concrete sealer Urethane's will help protect the look and minimize maintenance.

Dura-Kote WB Polyurethane - a 57% solids (by weight), water based acrylic polyurethane sealer for vertical or horizontal concrete
surfaces, especially commercial or industrial. This product is a two component system. Available in matte and gloss finish. A perfect choice for projects that need low odor and low VOC attributes in their choice of concrete sealer. The low VOC makes our Water based Polyurethane the perfect "GREEN" concrete interior concrete sealer!
