Concrete Countertops mad easy by
utilizing the Xtreme Series precast concrete countertop system. See
demonstrations on how you can learn to design, form, pour and seal your
concrete countertops in 4-8 hours over 3 days. You will also see
concrete countertop sink molds and edge details that can bring a custom
design to any commercial or residential application.

**NEW** Eco-friendly Concrete stains can provide beautiful color variations for any concrete surface. Come see how Eco-Stain can bring 29 UV-stable colors along with a faster and simpler application than typical reactive acid stains. This product is great for contractors, DIY's and homeowners.

Renew your concrete surface with the proper concrete restoration products and tools. We will be showcasing SureBroom, a "Green" concrete overlay that is a single component concrete overlay bag mix. Along with that we will demonstrate LD 1800 (lithium densifier), this product can strengthen old concrete and slow, and in most cases, stop spalling in concrete.

Whether your desire is to
make countertops, wall panels, furniture or one of a kind bent concrete
designs; you will find everything you need with a single manufacturer. Xtreme
Countertop is a fast curing 10,000+ psi material, that gives you all the
benefits of GFRC along with unmatched flexural strength (1,455 psi), without
the use of steel and rebar, along with a demold and tooling speed of 6
hours or less.
The 3-day focus class is a hand’s
on course designed to open your eyes to NEW forming systems, faster more
accurate coloring systems and a production method that will save you time
and money. This course is not designed to reteach what concrete is and how to
make traditional designs.
Our goal is to take your base knowledge, creativity and ideas from your
clients and offer a material that will cut your production time in half saving
you money and time! Xtreme Countertop system consists of; Xtreme Countertop
material, Foam Forming,
Base material, Coloring Agents, Sealers and additional
polishable aggregates , has a cost of $10-15 per sq ft @ 3/4" thickness.
Stamp / Spray / Stain - 3 Day Training Class
The 3 day focus class will
expose you to six different
floor overlays: Micro-Topping, MicroSpray, SureSpray, SureTex, SureBroom and
Stamp Overlay. Each flooring coating will be done hands on and include integral
color selection, secondary coloring, and use of SureCrete SureStain and
Eco-Stain. Utilize texturing techniques, multiple tape and stencil patterns and
the use of ¼” vs. 3/8” stamping tools. The final day will expose you to the
multiple options for sealer. Learn which sealers are best for interior/exterior
and residential versus commercial traffic. These sealers include: Epoxy’s,
Urethanes, Silane Acrylics, Water Based Acrylic and Clear Solvent sealers.
